Main Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily deliverables with Facility Management (FM) outsourced supplier
  • Elaborate and consolidate reports to management team
  • Liaise with external agencies and government agencies in regards to permits, leases and other documentation
  • Work with EHS, Security, Quality, Finance, Engineering on the Audits, Findings and corrections together with our main FM delivery supplier and internal departments and stakeholders
  • Work closely with finance on monthly and quarterly closing, PO overviewing to ensure they are closed in a correct and timely manner
  • Participate in facilities projects meetings
  • Assist FM lead with the analysis of actuals, budget, asset conditions to develop budget to support facilities planning for mid/long term investments
  • Under direction from FM lead, build department documentation
  • Work together in tracking expenses, coordinate external vendors not in scope of main FM supplier, as well as contribute with RE on projects
  • Connect with corporate departments to align on processes and policies revision


Who we are looking for

  • Swiss Commercial education or equivalent
  • 5-6 years of working experience
  • Experience in Facility Management is preferred
  • Very good communication skills in English & German
  • Willingness to travel within Switzerland 1-2 days per week (Travel will be expensed)
