Randstad has over 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a long term temporary assignment for our client, the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for an:

Executive Administrative Assistant

Temporary assignment - 100%

Start date: As soon as possible

Your role:

In a new team you will support a Vice President based in Lausanne within the Digital Department. In a fast-paced environment you will provide administrative support by collaborating with different stakeholders.

More in particular you will:

- Make travel arrangements: visas requests, flights, hotels, transfers and adapt changes at very short notice

- Organize meetings and logistics support: audio, video conference, conference room booking, catering, tracking attendance, sending email communications etc.

- SAP invoices, Purchase Orders, contracts, gift forms and budget related actions

- Treat reporting in Excel and such

- Manage the enrollment of new team members and also the exit

- Help the team with project management tasks


- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

- Excellent command of English (French would be a plus)

- Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP

- Very good organizational and planning skills

- Excellent communication skills, you can easily integrate a new team

- Fast learner, able to set priorities and to work with AGILE methodology
