Randstad has 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients.

In order to support the Sales Development Department of our client, the company Philip Morris International in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

Administrative Assistant (100%)

Long term assignment

Start-date: October 1st 

The opportunity:

You will report directly to the Vice President Sales Development and you will provide support to the team for several tasks linked to internal administrative process but also to business

More in detail you will:

- Make travel arrangements: visas requests, flights, hotels, transfers and adapt changes at very short notice

- Prepare expense statements for VP and his team members

- Format presentations in PowerPoint, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets etc.

- Organize meetings and logistics support: audio, video conference, conference room booking, catering, tracking attendance, sending email communications etc.

- Manage SAP invoices, POs, , gift forms and budget related actions

- Manage agencies database and provide support regarding communication

- Provide administrative support for global training programs


- At least 2 years of solid experience in a similar position in a big company

- Interest in commercial area and  business development

-  Excellent Microsoft Office skills

- Fluent in English, French would be a plus

- Stress resilient and proactive

- Very good organizational and logical skills

- Dynamic and agile, you adapt quickly to new situations and challenge
