Your Role:

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join the Access to Health (A2H) team. In this role, you will handle the admin-related operations of the A2H team, such as interdepartmental communications, office tasks and arrangements, and other administrative tasks. To ensure success as an administrative coordinator, you should be committed to providing attentive support for internal and external parties and be skilled at various office tasks.

Key Tasks and responsibilities

  • Administrative tasks, such as coordinating processes with Procurement, Finance, and Legal to ensure Access to Health projects are executed
  • Work with accounting departments to create purchase orders, process invoices, make payments, track receipts, and other tasks as necessary
  • Project documentation and data entry, facilitating input into Merck data management platforms such as SAP, Quantum Connect, LEDOX, etc
  • Following up tasks and interdepartmental communications
  • Organizing meetings and events
  • Budget development and tracking
  • Assisting with special projects, such as audits, process improvements, and collaborative workstreams with Global Health

Qualifikation

Who you are:

· University degree

· Highly organized and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for others

· Intermediate level of experience with productivity tools and business email, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook

· Familiarity with data management platforms such as SAP

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneously

· Independently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction

· Previous experience with administrative tasks preferred

· Fluent written and oral English skills
