Main Responsibilities:



  • Administration and coordination Project Portfolio Management area

  • Administration and coordination Reliability Room area

  • Coordination and preparation of trainings and meetings

  • Create reports, statistics, metrics and presentations

  • Maintenance of different SharePoints

  • Process invoices and maintain financial records

  • Assistance in project management

  • Collect and prepare information for management use

Qualifikation


  • Commercial Education

  • Strong verbal and written English communication

  • Well organized and structured method of work

  • Proactive and strong communicator

  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Very good command of MS-Office products, IT-literate

  • Work experience in a similar function

  • Work experience in a global corporation is a major plus
