For the IQOS Stores & Care Team of our client, Philip Morris International, Global Headquarters, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for a:

Communication Executive

100% - long term temporary assignment

Your role will be to act as a transversal point of contact amongst the IQOS Stores & Care team mainly organizing internal events (with markets and within the team), coordinating with diverse agencies & handling IQOS Stores & Care blog.

You will join a highly dynamic and rapidly evolving environment in a role which requires great agility, ability to deal with ambiguity, curiosity and entrepreneurial-spirit.

Responsibilities Include:

Develop IQOS Stores & Care Team spirit

  • Organize team monthly meeting coordinating with management & PMO
  • Organize team building events (twice a year)
  • Organize IQOS Stores & Care seminar (once a year)

Build relationship with markets

  • Organize market new joiner on-boarding in coordination with Learning Team (every 2 months)
  • Organize Market workshop (Twice a Year)
  • Pro-actively propose new ways to improve both

Interact with agencies

  • Coordinate with photography agency, markets & internal stakeholder to gather qualitative and professional pictures for all new openings covering all BR formats worldwide
  • Coordinate with creative agency for all communication layout needed for internal activities (showcards, posters, mailers etc.)

Support Communication manager in maintaining and enhancing IQOS Stores & Care blog

  • Coordinate with team members, markets and internal stakeholders to define and implement content calendar
  • Take care of community management
  • If needed, support team in copy writing to ensure qualitative & impactful articles
  • Coordinate with agencies to develop content
  • Propose new ways to improve content, navigation and drive traffic to the blog


  • University Degree or further education qualification
  • Experience in event organization
  • Excellent project management skills & capacity to handle multiple projects at the same time in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Excellent communications skills & emotional intelligence, with ability to interact with varying stakeholders from team members, markets, Head of Departments, to Global Heads
  • Excellent written and spoken English ? preference for native English speaker
  • Good influencing skills and a natural networker
  • High attention to detail and high standards
  • Team player and able to build excellent professional working relationships with peers and management in a multilingual and multicultural environment
  • Self-starter, with ability to act on own initiative without guidance
