The Contract Specialist will provide contracting support to the CLS EMEA Transportation Sourcing Team and will work at the direction of the Contracts Excellence Manager to support day – to - day Contract Management activities. The types of documents will include different types of transportation services agreement, confidentiality agreements, terms sheet, etc.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing contract support to CLS EMEA Transportation Sourcing Team
  • Reviewing contract requests and gathering required information from internal and external suppliers
  • Managing contracts, including contract mapping and updating contract database files etc.
  • Maintaining contract templates up to date and drafting legal documents
  • Collaboration with internal and external functions including of EMEA business customers and stakeholders within Consumer, Pharma and MD&D sectors and External service providers
  • Administrative support in relation to contract Management

Qualifikation

  • Law degree in the areas of Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement or Strategic sourcing or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in legal Contract Management including contract drafting in relevant areas is a plus
  • Ability to think strategically, with strong analytical skills and result orientation
  • Process oriented mindset and ability to manage complexity and change
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing work environment with strict deadlines
  • Fluent language skills (English) and communication skills
  • Detail oriented and hands on mentality
  • MS Office Suite proficiency is required
