Randstad has 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a temporary assignment to support the Digital team of our client, the company Philip Morris SA in Zurich, we are looking for a:

CRM Executive 100%

Temporary assignment

The opportunity:

- Planning, briefing and implementing all communications based on the retail strategy planning

- Manage the back-end of the digital trade engagement platform to ensure the continuity of the program

- Working with the content teams to identify new opportunities that add value to our retail universe

- Supporting the on-boarding process of retailers, using data to map out member journey and optimizing through segmentation and customization

- Contribute to the build-up of a flexible, agile and innovative Digital organization in order to deliver services and solutions required by PMI, currently and in the future

- Implementing measurable email, determine audience selections with the CRM lead and push tests to determine the optimal message, format, frequency, and timing by segment that is worth of the customization

- Tracking and reporting on CRM performance and use learning to shape future campaigns

- Driving standardization and best practice across the Digital Trade execution

- Manage audiences and digital platform interactions in marketing cloud & sales force

- Develop concept & mechanics for new Trade initiatives


We’re not just any CRM Executive; here is what we’re looking for:

- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in back-end management using CRM solutions, Marketing Cloud is a plus

- Working experience within a Digital Marketing environment

- Experience in content management & audience selection

- Excellent customer relationship management

- Experience in managing third-parties

- Ideally fluent in both written and spoken German and French

- Strong creative skills

- Familiar and curious about digital platforms and content creation
