Randstad has over 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a term temporary assignment in the company Philip Morris S.A., based in Lausanne, we are looking for a:

 

 

Customer care Executive

Temporary assignment

 

 

Tasks:

 

Manage special case management across channels (call center, Sales Experts, Field forces)

Manage Adverse Events process

Manage returns & reimbursements

Support e-com invoice review (special cases)

Manage HEETS return process

Organize Quality monitoring

Talking point management updates, organize translation)

Create articles (local subject codes)

Qualifikation

3-5 years of experience in similar roles in an international environment

Project management certified

Proficiency in German and or French is a must

Excellence with Excel and PowerPoint
