Stellenbeschreibung

Randstad has 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a temporary assignment in the Duty Free Operations Department of our client, the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for a:


Demand & Supply Planner


One year temporary assignment


In order to manage the brand new portfolio of Reduced Risk products (100 SKUs).
You will be in charge of:


Demand Planning:


-Analysis of the demand trend in the past in the different markets of PMI Duty Free (worldwide);
-Submit a sales forecast based on monthly basis;
-Link the sell-out in the market with the sell-in at distributor level;
-High relationship with markets & Factory to deal with on daily basis;

Monitor Inventory Level:


-Follow production planning of the portfolio;
-Ensure availability of the products on time in the different warehouses;
-Create replenishment orders to ensure correct stock level;
-Keep efficient level of stock minimizing storage costs;
-Simulate stock projection to take corrective action avoiding out of stock in the markets.

Portfolio Management:


-Follow-up of all new introduction in the market;
-Ensure portfolio is properly maintained in the systems;
-Minimize Lost of Goods Destroyed costs.

Process / Optimization:


-Define process & Procedures required for these tasks;
-Define optimization plan;
-Implement solutions on redundant issues faced.

Qualifikation

Your profile:


-Strong analytical skills


-Autonomous in the daily job
-Expert in MS Excel
-Fluent in English (written & spoken)


-Engineer degree or Economics degree
-3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Operations
-Proficiency with SAP (or other ERP) APO Planning tool


We are looking for someone who is customer service oriented and a good team player, flexible and stress resistant. You have a very good communication and autonomy and are able to challenge the outcomes when needed. You have a high sense of urgency and ability to react quickly and effectively after gathering & consolidating all relevant information from various SC stakeholders.
