Randstad has over 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a long term temporary assignment for our client, the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for an:

Design & user experience coordinator

Temporary assignment

In this position, you will contribute to shape the future of IQOS products, by being actively involved in the design and innovation process, from the upstream to the downstream phases. You will evolve in a growing and challenging environment where consumer is at the core of everything. Your design skills will enable you to quickly establish a robust category understanding and to propose short- and mid-term design solutions that are consumer-centric, competitively superior and viable.

More in particular you will:

  • Participate in the ideation and conceptualization of new product design based on specific brief
  • Give design and user experience inputs into the development of new products, always with consumer-centric approach
  • Coordinate the design work of new initiatives
  • Collaborate with design agencies and R&D to bring projects from ideas to market
  • Build design files and prototypes
  • Perform quick consumer iterations and validation
  • Benchmark other products/categories to identify future opportunity areas

Qualifikation

  • Graduated or graduating in industrial design (ECAL or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in product/user experience design preferred
  • Knowledge of Rhyno/SolidWorks and similar graphic tools
  • Proficient user of MS Office tools
  • Flexible, organized, autonomous, creative and self-starter
  • Agile, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment
  • Motivated by results and dedicated
  • Dynamic and agile, you adapt quickly to new situations and challenges
  • Open for professional travels
  • Available immediately
  • Fluent in English; Fluency in French is a plus
