For the Digitial and Information System Department of our client, Philip Morris International, Global Headquarters, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for a:

Digital Analytics & Planning Lead

100% - Long term temporary assignment

You will join a highly dynamic and rapidly evolving environment in a role which requires great agility, organization, excellent analytical skills and curiosity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement the Digital Analytics roadmap
  • Support the development of our Digital Strategy
  • Deliver data-driven insights and translate research and data into actionable ideas
  • Identify digital opportunities and make recommendations to the teams and stakeholders
  • Manage the Digital & IS planning activities including the consolidation of roadmaps, projects and financials

Other responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper tracking is implemented on all platforms
  • Support the troubleshooting of business performance issues and investigate data anomalies/outliers
  • Conduct digital competitive analysis
  • Stay up to date on competitive landscape and industry trends, and disseminate findings and key trends to the team
  • Manage and enforce digital analytics tagging standards to ensure robust and consistent data
  • Work in close collaboration with market's Data & Analytics team

Qualifikation

  • Expertise in Excel
  • Expertise in Power BI, Tableau or any other tools for data analysis and visualization
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypothesis, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Passion and experience for teaching Digital Analytics fundamentals
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Self-motivated, high level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
