Main Responsibilities:

  • Quickly integrate the Digital Team to Lead several projects in parallel and fulfill all projects objectives:
  • Finalize the implementation of a new structure on our main website . Perform all testing (QA) and ensure full satisfaction of all stakeholders (external end users-visitors, and internal marketing managers, higher management, etc.)
  • Finalize the content validation of the Veterinary sub-site and publish it
  • Finalize the implementation of a specific document-browsing functionality on the German website (Leihsets) and ensure content validation and customer satisfaction
  • Perform some testing on new IP-based country-selection functionality, ensure our visitors across Europe view the right website and adjust technical details together with external vendor
  • Organize a pilot with 3 products pages on our main website with dynamic content (vs manual content). Ensure satisfaction of marketing managers in charge of these 3 products
  • Gather data and build the Analytics report for last quarter 2017 (following the existing documentation together with the agency in charge of graphic design)
  • Content: update the Mitek section of main website
  • Assist the Group Manager Digital with all kinds of digital requests (debug, survey analysis, content update, new functionalities, continuous improvement of our digital channels, etc.)


Who we are looking for:

  • University/Masters degree (preferably with major in digital marketing, eCommerce, IT or web-related areas)
  • Certificate or formal training in Project Management (SCRUM, PMP)
  • +5 years Business experience in Digital/Web Projects management and/or production
  • Knowledge of main Market CMS, HTML coding, CSS fixing and Javascript basics
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other Cloud-based tools for improving websites and apps
  • High attention to detail and very sensitive to Customer Experience/Satisfaction
  • Ability to work proactively in partnership with customers and external stakeholders
  • Outspoken analytical and strategic abilities to translate business requirements into digital solutions
  • Proficient English (spoken, written) and ideally German

This role based in Solothurn, Switzerland will initially be limited to approx. 4 months with an option of extension.
