Distribution Projects Analyst

Contribute to an optimal distribution of PMSA products by providing distribution analysis in order to optimize the processes and performance of the distribution of the goods.

The role aims at focus on analyzing the core distribution processes in order to identify and implement optimization opportunities, in order to ensure that our Supply Chain infrastructure fulfills our customers and consumers expectations with the highest service level at an optimal cost while complying with all laws, regulations and PMI handling, storage, transportation, and EHSS standards.

Specific responsibilities:

• Responsible for Distribution analysis required to enhance performance of the distribution.

• Responsible to identify and implement optimization opportunities in the core distribution operation processes through appropriate project management of the initiatives

• Responsible to develop a comprehensive dashboard of relevant distribution KPI's, maintain and monitor them, and provide on time information to management in order to have an optimal decision making process

• Support and participate in any other end to end supply chain analysis and/or project with the aim of finding optimization opportunities

Qualifikation

· Bachelor or Master Degree in business/management

· Expertise: Good communication and analytical skills is a must, project management skills/experience are a clear plus

· English: Fluent is a must/ French spoken/written basic (must)/intermediate level is a plus

· SAP & MS office (particularly EXCEL)

· Previous experience: in Supply chain logistics / distribution department (2-3 years)

The key skills for the position are analytical skills and entrepreneurship. Position requires many interaction cross functional and requires strong collaboration skills as well as communication. Any experience in managing projects is of added value for this position.
