Stellenbeschreibung

Key tasks:

  • Acquire and consolidate key documents from team members of various departments spread across Switzerland, US and Singapore into common database
  • Organize and re-format key documents in accordance to defined database hierarchy
  • Uploade and metadata tag key documents into repository system within defined taxonomy

Qualifikation

Required qualities:

  • Self-directed, ability to work independently
  • Highly motivated and driven by face-paced, deadline focused environment
  • Strong focus and task-oriented to carry out tasks in timely and accurate manner
  • Detailed-oriented, dependable and trustworthy especially in maintaining sensitivity of documents

Necessary skills:

  • Ability for time management and multitask
  • Strong interpersonal communication with customer service mindset
  • Computer savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office 365 (specifically apps like Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Excel, Forms) and the principles of document management, archiving and data repository

Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years working experience
  • Good spoken English for communication with international partners required
