Main Responsibilities:

This role is accountable for driving customer satisfaction through the flawless, logistical execution of educational courses. You will be responsible for the preparation, organization and coordination of EMEA wide trainings and events for Professional & Commercial Education, working closely with key stakeholders to drive quality to a consistent standard for EMEA education events. Additional responsibilities:

  • Identify event objectives with stakeholders and deliver events on time, within budget that meet / exceed expectations
  • Set communication and maintain timelines and priorities on every project
  • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines across multiple time zones / geographies
  • Manage supplier relationships, coordinate research and contract negotiations
  • Support Education Solutions in building and maintaining effective working relationships and coordinated communications to key internal and external stakeholders


Who we are looking for:

  • Commercial Education or University degree
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably Health Care Industry and cross functional experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships globally
  • A proactive approach and an ability to prioritize and anticipate are required
  • Good organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Advanced expertise in MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal

This role based in Solothurn, Switzerland will initially be limited to approx. 12 months, with an option for extension.
