Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a long term temporary assignment for our client, the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for an:

Global Retail Event and B2C Calendar Manager

Long-term Temporary assignment

RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the global expert to develop the brand's business by increasing customer acquisition and retention through the development and delivery of the B2C global calendar and retail opening events.

Develop the B2C global calendar to deliver the global principles and strategy, for customer experience across product, services, brand, digital and global communications. Ensure the individual needs of markets are met whilst maintaining the global strategy.

Work cross-functionally, develop strong relationships, and collaborate with global functions and regions to enrich, develop and execute the B2C global calendar.

Develop the retail opening event program, experience and concept, and support the implementation of such activities with regions and markets.

Proactively collect feedback from regions and markets on the retail openings and related tools, sharing comments and feedback with global functions and provide agreed local adaptations where necessary to achieve goals.

Be an active member of multiple project groups, supporting and driving a customer centric point of view that steers project outputs to meet the B2C global calendar strategy and retail opening experience.

Qualifikation

  • 5 years' experience in global retailer (fashion, jewelry, or alike) ideally with Global Head-Office experience
  • 3 years' experience working within events specifically
  • Strong project management skills, detail orientated
  • Creative, aware of trends
  • Truly consumer-centric
  • Fluent written and spoken English
