The EMEA PMO Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reporting Supply Chain data around new product developments, introductions and life cycle management projects. This person works directly with overall project leaders, regional value stream leaders and the regional Integrated Management Office, as well as other key business partners like finance and planning, establishing effective working relationships and enabling data driven decision making by supporting several governance fora.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Financial data calculations and preparations related to new product launches and life cycle management projects
  • Prepare and submit project reports, executive summaries, and presentations to senior leaders; perform any necessary ad hoc reporting
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics in areas of New Product on time launch
  • Coordinate and support governance activities
  • Coordinate and support preparation of project and program communications providing insights and issue identifications
  • Conduct assessments of current processes, reports and procedures; Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
  • Coordinate training and documentation


  • BS degree in Finance, Logistics, Engineering or related field
  • Supply Chain Certification (e.g., APICS) is advantageous
  • 1+ years experience in a similar role
  • Project Management experience is a plus
  • Financial acumen required
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills, sense of urgency, accuracy with high attention to details
  • Ability to manage different priorities under deadline pressure
  • Strong communication and networking skills
