Randstad has over 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a one year temporary assignment in the HR Marketing & Sales Department of our client, the company Philip Morris International Management S.A., based in Lausanne, we are seeking for a:



One year temporary assignment

Main Tasks:

You will be part of the HR team in Philip Morris International Marketing & Sales department based in Lausanne, Switzerland, reporting to the M&S Internal Communications Manager.

You will contribute to the development and implementation of internal programs to communicate and engage with the M&S community by:

  • Introducing the global audience to new marketing & communication campaigns by writing articles, creating visually appealing newsletters, video clips, quizzes and polls;
  • Maintaining the communications plan for internal engagement, reflecting various communication opportunities;
  • Developing and executing other internal communication and engagement programs, messages and content to support an efficient and consistent in-bound communication of departmental value, products, solutions and services;
  • Actively contributing to the development of strategic material (presentations, newsletters);
  • Driving the production of internal videos or animations from concept through final delivery, including filming setup, editing and posting;
  • Leveraging and maintaining the Brand Building social platforms (JAM) and intranet pages and make sure that we are continuously developing new and exciting content to keep online channels interesting for employees;
  • Supporting the organization of workshops and meetings.

  • Ideally, you have a University Degree in marketing, communication, journalism, PR or equivalent.
  • You have a relevant experience in marketing & communication, ideally, in a multinational environment.
  • You are flexible with strong project and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple demanding initiatives concurrently, meeting the deadlines, and work with minimal supervision;
  • You are a strong relationship builder, a true team player and you can communicate effectively;
  • Your English level is proficient and you have advanced writing skills;
  • You are a Photoshop user and have an eye for design;
  • You learn fast and are proactively searching for information;
  • Social media is not just a hobby for you, you are familiar with current and emerging communication techniques and know how to engage an internal audience via SM tools;
  • You are able to work with and coordinate with 3rd parties such as external agencies;
  • You demonstrate attention to details and quality;
  • You have a high level of professional integrity and a sense for confidentiality.
