Main Responsibilities

In this position you will start in a Customer Service role and go through an interesting transition with the team as they move towards Distribution Planning.

  • Manage and coordinate orders from affiliates and distributors
  • Own data extraction and conversion processes
  • Navigate the diverse system landscape and deliver timely and accurately reports supporting the daily planning tasks
  • Execute Global DRP replenishment planning strategy
  • Support the improvement of supply reliability and customer satisfaction via STEM
  • Own Global performance metrics (Backorders, OTIF, Sets deployment, Inventory targets, etc.)
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and SOP and work instructions robustness
  • Maintain & build dashboards to support the global S&OP planning process
  • Link with team members to assess, document and translate requirements into standardized solutions
  • Support end to end analytics and demand / supply modeling by closely collaborating with demand planning and net requirement teams
  • Understand & interpret data, identify issues, analyze causes and provide well-reasoned conclusions and solutions


Who we are looking for

  • Swiss commercial education or equivalent
  • 1-2 years work experience
  • Good understanding of ERP system and information technology
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in English

This job based in Zuchwil, Switzerland will initially be limited for approx. 24 months with a possibility to extend.
