Junior Social Media Analyst

Long term temporary assignment

The Strategic Scientific Communications group in our corporate affairs function designs and develops strategies for the dissemination of science-based information to the external World. The Project Analyst for the Strategic Communications Team will support in the delivery of assets and messages to be shared across all of our strategic campaigns. Working together with external agencies and internal colleagues you will be able to bring your expertise into the team and help align our message across the different digital platforms.

  • Specific responsibilities will include:
    Working closely with the social media teams to ensure strategies are being properly deployed and implemented
  • Supporting in development & deployment of best practices and guidelines to improve project performance, efficiency, and produce repeatable results
  • Working closely with markets and the project leader to create bespoke digital campaigns taking into consideration the local legal and Corporate Affairs environment
  • In charge of creating reports, tracking progress of owned digital channels
  • Monitoring completion of project deliverables according to business needs and within time and budget for successor activities, establishing detailed and high-level plans, tracking progress, identifying risks and issues
  • Gathering feedback to drive continuous system improvement
  • Supporting lessons learned to drive continuous improvement & avoid known problems.

Qualifikation

  • You are digitally and socially savvy
  • You have a scientific background (Biology, chemistry, biotechnology...)
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to set priorities, deliver on time, problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Seeks out and deploys innovative and novel communication techniques
  • Experience of working with Internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong teamwork and cross functional collaborative skills
