For the Talent Acquisition department of our client, Philip Morris International based in Lausanne, we are currently looking to hire a:

Junior Talents Recruiter

100 % - 4 months assignment

starting date: May 13th, 2019

Your role:

You will join a dynamic Swiss Internship team and you will be involved in the continuous growth of the internship program. Your role will be to find, attract and hire exceptional junior talents to support our client's business.

More in particular you will:

  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment for assigned open internship positions in a timely and cost effective way
  • Use advanced sourcing strategies to locate passive and active job seekers to maximize hiring through Social media and related direct sourcing channels
  • Develop and support the research of talent mapping exercises using databases, Google, LinkedIn but also taking initiatives to research other organizations, university career centers and practices (Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
  • Contribute to the organization of various Employer Branding activities with Swiss Universities and external events (job fairs, networking events etc.)
  • Maintain and nurture excellent relationship with the Career Centers of Swiss Universities and schools
  • Contribute to the planning, organization and coordination of internal events for Interns and external students

Qualifikation

  • University degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business/Economics or other related fields
  • Proven experience in managing recruitments with the focus on junior profiles and campus recruitment
  • Sound experience in sourcing tools, including: social media, networking, referrals, as well as managing retained and contingent searches
  • Advanced user of software knowledge (MS Office etc.); knowledge of Taleo
  • Avature system is a plus
  • Fluent in English and in French
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
