Main Responsibilities:

The Technical Administrator will support the J&J global MDR project, specifically in relation to third party suppliers.

  • Sending Checklists to supplier for them to complete
  • Fallowing up at regular intervals
  • Collating feedback from external vendors into a format that can be shared weekly/bi-weekly
  • Communicating and liaising with external vendors
  • Providing reports that can be shared with the MDR team
  • Liaising with Procurement departments across J&J


  • Commercial apprenticeship or higher
  • Work experience in purchasing/procurement functions is a plus
  • Highly computer literate
  • Ability to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
  • Having an eye for detail, being pro-active, understanding ownership and having the ability to prioritize
  • Willingness to learn
  • Customer oriented and good communicator
  • Ability to network with interfaces and build strong collaborative teams and relationship
  • Strong verbal and written German and English

This role based in Solothurn, Switzerland will initially be limited approx. 6 months.
