Randstad has over 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a long term temporary assignment for our client, the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for an:

Manager B2C Logistic

Temporary assignment

Your specific responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead governance, build and manage B2C logistics vendors and projects including working across many internal stakeholder teams (e.g customer care, finance, digital, legal, procurement);

  • Define LSP improvement plans based on KPI data analysis and market needs;

  • Apply data driven analysis, supporting team in data modeling and analytics to drive business decisions;

  • Apply LSP system knowledge to provide appropriate solutions;

  • Define with the support of larger CC and B2CIO team the new capabilities of B2C logistic.

Qualifikation

  • University degree in supply chain, logistics, or business management;

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years+) with B2C logistics within an international and cross-functional environment;

  • Ability to manage complex and multi discipline programs involving various stakeholders;

  • Proven successful experience in the consumer electronics sector as well as in manufacturing;

  • Ability to build effectively collaborative in a matrixed organization and externally with suppliers;

  • Strong ability in data analysis and modeling;

  • Strong problem solving and organizational capabilities coupled with proven project leadership skills;

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;

  • Strong reputation in engaging in proactive behavior and seizing opportunities;

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
