For a Nestlé entity based in Vevey we are looking for an immediate on boarding an

Administrative & Events Coordinator - 80% - One year

  • Support a variety of administrative activities specific to working area
  • Exercise initiative and judgment in handling routine and confidential materials/enquiries
  • Edit reports, reviews and presentations
  • Maintain Outlook and particularly the Calendar (appointment schedules)
  • Handle routine correspondence, short notes or other documents
  • Organize logistic and sets up of external or internal workshops/events/seminars: Switzerland and abroad
  • Organize travel arrangements and logistics (airplane, hotel, car, visa) in line with Nestlé Policy
  • Prepare and follow up of expenses reports
  • Communications skills: write biographies, prepare presentation with Articulate, MS Office tools and others, public relations activities

Qualifikation

  • CFC or SAWI communication/marketing diploma and any other general administration diploma
  • Confirmed previous experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong organizing and prioritizing skills
  • High sense of confidentiality
  • Positive and proactive attitude
