For Nestlé entity based in Lausanne we are looking for an immediate on boarding an

HR Transfer Coordinator - 9 months

  • Providing the HR administrative support to the recruitment process and to all transferred employees for the ‘ramp up’ project of the organisation within the Lausanne area (establishing offer letters, employment contracts and other documents for employees, requesting work permit, handling tasks related to payroll including the social insurances)
  • Maintaining accurate data in all HR tools (SAP)
  • Liaising with the employees regarding all administrative documents in order to facilitate their arrival
  • Coordinating the onboarding of new employee with the relevant relocation company, regarding moving, housing, schooling, taxation, etc.
  • Informing all stakeholders of the progress of the ‘Ramp up’ project, ensuring visibility and consistency

Qualifikation

  • Bachelor degree and/or equivalent in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR Administration within an international environment in Switzerland
  • Good knowledge of SAP HR and MS Office Software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Customer-oriented, solution-focused and ‘out of the box’ thinking
  • High sense of responsibility, accountability and confidentiality
  • Very good communication and listening skills
  • English and French fluent (oral and written)
  • Show attention to details, quality oriented
