Stellenbeschreibung

  • Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and employee engagement
  • Support creation/follow up of purchase orders
  • Work closely with facilities team to answer questions and help new joiners get settled in to office with new hire training
  • Be the “eyes and ears” of the office to stay aware of any issues
  • Light calendar management, expense reporting, support in travel arrangements
  • Support leadership team meetings and help coordinate various finance engagement activities
  • Partner with others to collaborate, schedule meetings, obtain information
  • Develop, implement and measure programs and projects that build the culture and engage employees with the brand, purpose, values, strategies and customers
  • Send out majority of office communications
  • Organize and execute office events
  • Assist teams around office with events, off-sites, etc.

Qualifikation

This position requires the individual to exercise proactive judgement and initiative as well as a hands-on attitude. We are looking for someone who is open and approachable and has a high degree of flexibility, common sense and can operate effectively in a very fast-moving environment. Having a strong ability to multi-task is a must. The role will require building relationships with other departments in order to accomplish tasks and achieve goals. This person will work on assignments that are sensitive in nature with high-level contacts inside and outside the company. The ability to keep confidentiality is of critical importance.

  • Proven experience as a successful administrator or event manager for high-level executive in a complex and dynamic environment is preferred
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
