Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the local project portfolio management process
  • Accountable for the local project management office
  • Knowledge, best practice and experience transfer between participating departments to ensure they are equipped to perform their Project duties
  • Responsible for establishment and implementation of standard processes that ensure quality targets are achieved or exceeded
  • The Project Management Specialist is a delegate of the Business Excellence Senior Manager responsible for adequate hand-over and acceptance of project deliverables and thereby guaranteeing of the mid and long-term benefits of improvements
  • Assessing business performance, analyzing business processes, evaluating gaps, identifying process improvements and recommending business solutions
  • Providing resource requirements, prioritization and project recommendations.
  • Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders, including executive management, as needed
  • Monitor performance and ensure successful implementation is controlled over time

Qualifikation

Who we are looking for

  • Master/Bachelor degree (or similar)
  • Experienced in project management office and project portfolio management
  • Very good communication in German and English
  • Strong analytical abilities and able to handle complexity
  • Very good interpersonal skills, leadership skills, service minded attitude and flexibility
  • Communicative (writing and verbal) personality with all levels and departments in the organization
  • Independent thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Administration skills and a structures mindset
  • Change Management capabilities
  • Flawless Project Execution (FPX) knowledge is a plus
