Main Responsibilities

  • Set up of master data in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) for raw materials, produced materials and stability studies as well as for environmental monitoring
  • Act as backup for the administration of QC computerized systems
  • Support the timely and effective completion of lab events, lab deviations, investigations, change controls and CAPA including writing, execution and review of related documents
  • Support in writing of technical documents


Who we are looking for

  • Commercial degree (KV) or University degree in either BA or LifeSciences discipline
  • Understanding of laboratory operations and practices
  • Understanding of information systems (e.g. LIMS, databases, ERP systems)
  • Knowledge of set up of Master Data in LIMS is a major plus
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Proactive attitude, challenging the status quo, Team player, team builder
  • Ability to simultaneously support multiple projects, duties and assignments and prioritise accordingly
  • Good verbal and written skills in English and German
