Social Media Analyst

Temporary assignment

As part of our commitment to a smoke-free future, we are going through a huge period of growth and we are looking for an experienced analyst who will provide data analytics insights and strategic solutions for RRP's (Reduced Risk Products) digital consumer engagement programs on social media with an aim to build global governance & support. The position works collaboratively with content, strategy, community management, market research, clipping and other relevant teams, to drive

Social Listening Analysis

  • Think strategically on the conception, creation and execution of social media reputational and campaigns reports based on social media monitoring.

  • Translate both quantitative and qualitative social media data into actionable insights and recommendations to refine social media strategy, content marketing and online advertising campaigns.

  • Provide conceptual guidance on the understanding social media listening or analytics regarding queries and categories to segment the information.

  • Integrate social media data with other data streams and Business Units creating work that distills multiple sources of information into a cohesive story; especially with clipping.

  • Create actionable, understandable and practical reports thinking wisely how the data is presented.

  • Work with Sprinklr and assisting any problem on analysis at all stages of development, if needed and appropriate.

  • Continually reviewing solutions to enhance, modify or re-design solutions that meet the changing needs of the business.

Social Media External Vendors Supervision

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between different Business Units and external vendors in the case of social media monitoring requests.

  • Coordinating and managing projects allocated to third parties.

  • Collaborate with external vendors on a daily base to ensure quality in data gathering and insights generation to ensure consistent and insightful reports across PMI.

Position Requirements (must):

  • Proven track record of experience with Social listening, on a global scale and delivering customer insights.

  • Strong and proven experience (minimum 3 years) in the use of third-party social media management tools like Sprinklr, Crimson Hexagon, Brandwatch, etc.

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing, Management, Communications or Business Management or proven experience on the sector.

  • Native written and spoken English with ability to interact and communicate effectively, orally and in writing, across all levels.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.

  • Be strongly analytical and competent with quantitative and qualitative data.

  • Be able to pick up technical skills quickly.

  • Design thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to thinkoutside the box.

  • Experience in working successfully in a global, multiculturalorganization, with cross-functional projects.

  • Eager to learn and exhibit natural curiosity as digital marketing trends change and evolve.
