Randstad has over 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a long term temporary assignment for our client, the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for an:

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Temporary assignment - 100%

Start date: As soon as possible

Your role:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in the team’s ability to hire quality talent, achieve hiring manager satisfaction and promote the best candidate experience.

More in particular you will:

- Coordinating on-site interviews and contacting candidates where necessary

- Organizing interview agenda’s for hiring managers and candidates

- Providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team, writing job adverts and maintaining databases

- Organizing and coordinating arrangements for on-site interviews, assessment centers, video-conference, business lunches and conferences

- Manage a group inbox and deal with queries relating to recruitment

- Escorting candidates around the headquarters and answering any questions they may have and being a positive ambassador for PMI

- Handling purchase order creation when necessary

- Updating Hiring Managers at all times to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines

- Where necessary screening applications via our ATS and assisting with new hire on-boarding


- Bachelor or Master’s degree in any discipline or experienced administrator with an interest in recruitment or HR

- Experience in a multinational company is a plus

- Strong IT skills (databases, MS Office, SAP)

- Fluent written and spoken English

- Very good organizational and planning skills

- Excellent communication skills
