Stellenbeschreibung

Our client, an innovation supplier in the energy market, is looking for you in the position of

Assistant to Management (m/f) 80% - based in Zug

Responsibilities:

  • Mainly working for the management members and also support the coworker teams
  • Management of contracts (drafting and issuing standard MSA, to checks, archiving and central tracking)
  • Management of procurement process for RFPs (general administration including deadlines and general communication)
  • Office management (handling lease, registration, meetings & events, travel, office supplies)
  • Recruitment administration(first touchpoint, CV handling, pipeline tracking)
  • Onboarding & onboarding for IT Tools(MS Teams, Sharepoint, shared drive and Confluence clean-up)
  • Liaison between the helpdesk for IT equipment plus all account and access setup

Qualifikation

  • Independent and proactive work style
  • Swiss Commercial Degree (KV) or similar
  • Strong analytical skills (excel and other)
  • Experience in a similar role of at least 3 years
  • English business fluent, Swiss German business fluent
  • MS Office and SAP are required
