we are looking for a profile for a Swiss Private Bank :

Securities Master File Specialist - M/F

6 months

opportunity - immediate availability

  • Maintaining and updating financial instruments in the bank Centralized Instrument Database (CID).
  • Knowledge of systems providers (Telekurs, Bloomberg, Reuters)
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and markets
  • Banking, fiduciary or economic training
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Ability to work individually or within a team
  • MS Office (xsl, Access, VBA), banking software

Qualifikation

  • Opening and updating financial instruments
  • Receipt of requests for opening instruments from all business units, Private Banking, Asset Management, Treasury & Trading
  • Analysis and research of additional information (prospectus, offering documents, term sheets, data providers)
  • Opening instruments into Central Instrument Database either manually or automatically via providers
  • Entering additional information into Instruments Database
  • Continuous checking and updating information into Instruments Database
  • Prices and NAV updating either manually or automatically via providers
  • Performing controls to ensure quality of data
  • Checking prices delta and amendment
  • Bachelor Degree
  • French - Mother Tongue
  • English - Fluent
