You will be responsible for the coordination of the P2P activities in several legal entities after the Carve-out of the Synthes manufacturing business to Jabil inc.Main Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on stranded purchase orders in coordination with various departments and the Global Business Services Center in Prague
  • Analyse GR/IR accounts for stranded entries and initiate cleansing activities
  • Update and distributes a periodical Status Report to Management


Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or completed KV with further education
  • Education in finance / degree in accounting and/or experience in procurement
  • Accounts payable and/or Procurement experience
  • SAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
  • ARIBA / eMarketplace knowledge is a plus
  • Diligence, Reliability, Ownership, Agility, Initiative, Empathy, Patience
  • Able to deal with business partners from all departments across all hierarchical levels in the company
  • High sense of urgency, ability to prioritize
  • Hands-on person
  • Fluent English, German and French as a plus
