We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer I (m/f) 100%

• Overall project management from initiation to successful project completion
• Coordination of the interfaces between production, development and quality
• Creation and maintenance of the article master
• Defining the production sequence/production process
• Providing and optimising the production documents (work plan, work and test instructions, etc.)
• Planning and requesting the tools and devices required for product manufacture
• Ensuring product manufacturing from the point of view of function, quality and economic efficiency
• Defining process parameters and assisting with process validation
• Processing customer complaints and error messages
• Leading and supporting improvement projects and new product projects
• Know and follow guidelines regarding code of conduct, ethics and compliance programmes and other relevant regulations

• 3 to 5 years Manufacturing Experience in medical device industry or pharmaceutical industry
• Familiar with validation process,work experience in Jabil/JnJ is preferred.
• Strong Knowledge of MDR, ISO13485, risk management, GMP, etc.
• Familiar with Agile (JnJ PLM System), manufacturing process setup in SAP. Very good data analysis skill in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and Problem-Solving skills
• Fluent in English, German can be advantage
