Your ?day to day'You will be joining a passionate community of professionals that drive agility, efficiency and leverage technology proficiency to deliver breakthrough solutions to significantly improve our manufacturing performance and therefore contribute to the transformation of PMI.In this role, you will be working mostly in projects to provide the most effective solutions regarding utilities systems to meet productivity, quality, safety and sustainability targets. We're looking for a:

Project Engineer

Start: 01.12.2019

  • Explore and analyze alternative solutions to bring a step change on PMI utilities systems
  • Lead or collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on global initiatives and sustainability projects within our project-based organization
  • Identify new technologies to optimize the facility energy and carbon footprint
  • Contribute to enrich the skills of the department to meet the challenges of the future
  • Use modelling tools to determine optimal utilities design and setup
  • Establish high level costs for new or upgrades of utilities

Qualifikation

  • A professional with a University degree in Industrial Engineering
  • Thorough knowledge of concepts of Utilities design, Industry 4.0 and Energy management
  • A validated capacity to influence and bring new ideas
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Conceptual and inquisitive mind
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including PMI Senior Management
  • Strong skills in Thermal and energy modelling, utilities systems and Energy management
  • Excellent English Speaker both written and spoken
