Are you looking for a challenging job as an eCommerce Operations Specialist?Do you have experience working in Industry 4.0? Would you like to work in the manufacturing sector? Our client is looking for an eCommerce Operations Specialist, who would take ownership over the management of the Product Information Management of the internal application. As an eCommerce Operations Specialist, you will be monitoring and reporting key data measurement, data issue resolution, and synchronizing content between PCM platform and various content resources. Responsibilities: 
  • Perform System Administration of PCM including enabling/disabling users, assigning/ creating/maintaining security roles, supporting and trainging buisness users, working with the software vendor to resolve reported issues, and monitoring system prformance
  • Identifying and reporting opportunities to leverage the PIM application to improve business process and data governance and support efficiency efforts cross-functionally across the business
  • Collaborating with multiple divisions and teams to complete and migrate the required product data, technical data, marketing data and digital assets into PCM
  • Providing applications troubleshooting, monitoring, and problem reoslutiion to all internal and external contacts
  • Managing the details of the product content resources, delivery channels, data quality, user management and governance
  • Monitoring and reporting on key data measurements , data issue resolution and synchronizing content between our PCM platform and various content resources
Desired Technical Skills: 
  • Education & Training: Bachelor/Master's degree (Economics, Business, IT, or Engineering)
  • Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Very good skills against relational databases and files (Excel, Access and SQL)
  • Min. 3 years of experience with PIM solutions, preferably SAP CC, PCM
  • Strong analyzing and problem solving in efficient, detailed and methodical manner
  • Languages: Excellent English (oral and written) any other language considered as a plus
Desired Soft Skills: 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including process-driven flow charts
  • Ability to convey complex analytics in an understandable manner to non-technical levels
  • Detail oriented and outstanding time management skills
