The Small, Medium, and Corporate team helps businesses achieve their digital transformation goals by matching customer challenges with IT solutions. You will help our managed customers across industries, company sizes and territories to identify their needs and opportunities. One of the fastest growing customer segments in the technology industry, you will help customers get to the cloud across solution areas like Modern Workplace, Business Applications, Applications and Infrastructure, and Data and AI.Responsibilities:As a Dynamics Sales Specialist you will:
  • Be the Dynamics Sales Specialist for your assigned set of accounts
  • Engage with Enterprise and Corporate managed account customers across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify opportunities to fulfill their needs with leading cloud technologies 
  • Drive new revenue growth across the entire Business Application portfolio
  • Effectively create prospects and qualified leads to turn into opportunities and revenue pipeline through different marketing activities and sales initiatives
  • Meet and exceed customer acquisition targets; accurately forecast sales, pipeline and usage for the products and solutions in your scope  
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic teaming environment with Technical Specialists and Sales Representatives to effectively manage opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage customers maintain high daily activity
  • Leverage and drive awareness of all available market promotions, offers, sales initiatives and programs
  • You will hunt for sales opportunities and usage scenarios by tailoring your message, bringing ideas to customers, engaging with them to show our technology differentiation, and guiding them in decision making
  • You will work with partners and others at the company to achieve the objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in hardware and/or software sales with proven success closing deals and exceeding goals
  • Experience in tele-sales 
  • Excellent Communicator - Strong negotiation, organizational, presentation and verbal communication skills. Ability in building long-term customer relationships 
  • Performer. Highly driven person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations and has the ability, characteristics, and determination to compete effectively. Open-minded person who is able to connect with the right BDMs, identifies opportunities, is solution-oriented and develops projects further.  
  • German native speaker
  • Fluent in English
