Stellenbeschreibung

We are looking for a high energy, self-motivated and collaborative Accounts Payable Analyst for our international operating client, based in Bern (Switzerland) on a temporary level with a possibility to extend.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partners with outsourcing provider and other Shared Service Teams to process effectiveness, efficiency needs, and ensure compliance with controls
  • Works closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts in each functional area to gain clear understanding of eBay Financial Operation processes
  • Identifies process gaps and potential risks, recommends improvements and process efficiencies
  • Supporting set-up of Accounts Payable processes at new offices
  • Auditing supplier payment instructions and submitting to bank through SAP
  • Support of project management Team

Qualifikation

Requirements:

You should have a background in business operations focusing on Accounts payable functions, customer service and support functions, and be able to build strong relationships with business teams, our outsourcing service provider, as well as internal Finance.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity,
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management and fellow employees across different organizations
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Be able to prioritize workload and perform well in a multi-task, changing environment
  • Actively seeks feedback and is independently driven to gain knowledge, learn new applications, technologies, and skills to drive results
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel including Formulas, Pivot Tables) - Access and PowerPoint experience is an advantage
  • Written and spoken English (minimum Cambridge 1st certificate standard)
  • SAP experience (data entry or creating / running reports), equivalent experience in another accounting package or detailed Excel experience
  • 2 or more years Accounts Payable, customer service or other process experience an advantage
