Cilag GmbH International belongs to Johnson & Johnson family of companies and includes several business units from the Pharmaceutical, Consumer and Medical Devices sectors. Janssen Business Service (JBS) group is part of the pharmaceutical sector and supports the business units in their financial, information management, human resources and administrative functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive monthly and quarterly closing activities
  • Be a point of contact for and own Intercompany transactions and queries
  • Perform Intercompany statements, reconciliations, netting payments and aging analysis
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Proactively facilitate improvements through business calls with our Global Shared Service Centers
  • Drive and participate in JBS projects
  • Business partnering with internal customers to drive value added services to JBS
  • Support the broader team in peak times (quarter closes)
  • Ensure a strong SOX compliance profile in Finance & Treasury

Qualifikation

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor or commercial degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • 3+ years' experience in a Finance position
  • Business fluency in English
  • Advanced knowledge and skills with MS Office applications, in particular Excel
  • Distinct communication skills and ability to partner effectively with diverse business stakeholders
  • Eager to take initiative and work independently on projects/optimizations, prioritizing efficiently and accurately under tight timelines
  • Ability to master a changing and complex business environment; ability to challenge, improve and optimize current processes, hands on mentality
  • Strong customer focus and proactive attitude, solution oriented in engagement with business leaders
  • Strong commitment to business ethics and Credo values
