Stellenbeschreibung

For our client in Zurich we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Administrative Assistant 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

Investment processes & management of local cost envelope
    • Support the management of our overall investment portfolio (marketing, end customer investment funds,discretionary Opex)
    • Improve process on how we collaborate internally, within the Swiss subsidiary and with Western Europe
    • Help drive local PnL accountability in the business
    • Specifically, introduce more stringent marketing purchase order accountabilities and drive compliance in the accrualsrelease process (e.g. avoidance of parking funds)
    • Enhance Procure2Pay (formerly CIM) acocuntabilities around receipting
    • Support with training activities in collaboration with the Business and Sales Operations team

    Local Subsidiary Managed Vendors

    • Create a process on how we manage our locally managed vendors around telephony and fleet in collaboration withHR and our Executive Assistant's office
    • Specifically, drive clarity and management of telephony contracts with IT
    • Ensure clear roles & responsibilities are in place with regards to our locally managed vendors

    Statutory & Tax Support

    • Support during the external audit in collaboration with MIOL, Corp and under guidance of our local Statutory & TaxFinance Manager
    • Support evolution and implementation of our IKS (Internal Control System) for the Swiss subsidiary, drive financialmanagement compliance for the Swiss sales location
    • Ensure sufficient controls system in place for our MCIO (Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure Operations) organization
    • Support in tax allocation calculations (allocation of profits to office locations)
    • Help organize confirmations for public tenders
    • Ad hoc support related to Stat & Tax

    Ad hoc operational and financial support

    • Report generation & analysis of data to provide insights
    • OPEX reporting & consolidation

    Qualifikation

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (Business Administration, AND 5+ year(s) experience in financial management,operations management OR equivalent experience
    • Strong Excel & Power BI expertise is a must
    • Structured & stress resistent
    • English & German a must
