Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide business management support in a Regional Johnson & Johnson Consumer Project, handling details related to conducting research, drafting reports, keeping project management tracking systems updated and fielding calls and managing correspondence from project team members.
  • Ensuring all deliverables from all counterparts are provided and fulfilled on time
  • Organizing meetings and calls
  • Tracking progress of the project and Issue report status of the project
  • Reports update written and verbally to manager
  • Update all needed files and supporting documentation with data shared
  • Provides business management support for other Consumer Projects, conducting research, preparing excel files and presentations
  • Demonstrate commitment and confidentiality

Qualifikation

Who we are looking for:

  • Commercial Education or University degree
  • Business management and/or project management work experience is needed, minimum 2 years
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem solving
  • Able to proactively address potential issues
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Positive and encouraging personality
  • Able to work independently with little supervision
  • Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment

You will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently. The ability to motivate others and keep them on task in a positive and encouraging manner is also a must-have skill in this position.This role based in Zug, Switzerland will initially be limited until the end of September, with an option for extension.
