Randstad has over 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a long term temporary assignment for our client, the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for an:

Executive Administrative Assistant

Temporary assignment

50% occupancy rate

Tasks:

- Provide administrative support Directors and their team

- Make travel arrangements: visas requests, flights, hotels, transfers and adapt changes at very short notice

- Expense management

- Format presentations in Powerpoint, Word documents etc.

- Organize meetings and logistics support: audio, video conference, conference room booking, catering, tracking attendance etc.

- SAP invoices, POs, contracts, gift forms and budget related actions

Qualifikation

Excellent command of English (written/spoken). Other languages are an asset

Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP

Good organizational and planning skills

Good communication skills

Fast learner, able to set priorities
