Randstad has over 50 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a temporary assignment in the Corporate Affairs Department of our client, the company Philip Morris International / Philip Morris SA, based in Neuchâtel, we are seeking a :

Factory Guide
for a temporary long-term mission at 30%
Date of entry: asap

Your responsibilities :

  • Present the Company to internal or external visitors in order to ensure that they understand how a tobacco factory operates as well as RRP* related production and processes, and what the tobacco industry challenges are about
  • Ensure complete guided tours of the factory (conventional production & RRPs*), explain technical manufacturing processes, answer all questions by respecting PMI guideline
  • Continuous improvement and training according to the company´s transformation


  • University Degree or equivalent
  • Perfectly fluent (written and spoken) in both English and French; other languages an asset
  • High flexibility regarding constantly changing working schedule
  • Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to address and interact with all types of audiences
  • Strong team spirit

*Reduced-Risk Products (´RRPs´) is the term we use to refer to products that present, are likely to present, or have the potential to present less risk of harm to smokers who switch to these products versus continued smoking.  We have a range of RRPs in various stages of development, scientific assessment and commercialization.  Because our RRPs do not burn tobacco, they produce far lower quantities of harmful and potentially harmful compounds than found in cigarette smoke.
