Randstad has over 55 years of experience in the area of HR Management. Under the Randstad Inhouse Services concept, Randstad becomes a full service supplier providing consultancy to international clients. For a temporary assignment (part or full time according to the requirements but no % guarantee during the year) in the General Services (GS) Department of our client, the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are currently looking for a:

GS Switchboard Local Support Agent & Receptionist
Occasional assignment

Purpose of the job:
Assure a high quality image of the company by providing professional:
- telephone services: serve as the unique communicational platform for internal/external callers
- reception services: welcome visitors in agreement with the internal security standards.
Tasks :
- Ensure the first point of contact between the company and external callers, visitors, providers, employees reflects professional behavior and appearance at all times to contribute positively to the company´s corporate image
- Ensure, on a daily basis, security measures applicable to switchboard and reception are strictly applied to minimize potential hazards to the residents and visitors
- Execute requests for ad-hoc administrative support from General Services (documents, tables, Post)


- Excellent presentation, 5* service attitude
- Fluent in both French and English (Advanced level equivalent) + any other languages would be an asset
- Hotline or reception previous experience is a plus
- Proactive
- Innovative spirit
- Proficient user of MS Office tools
- Composure and ability to remain courteous in any situation
- Flexibility in the working hours (7.30 am to 6.30 pm) + availability requested especially during the holidays
- Resistant to stress
- Team spirit
