For a long term temporary assignment in the Global Talent Acquisition Department of our client, the company Philip Morris International, based in Lausanne, we are seeking for a:

Reporting to the Director Global Talent Acquisition (TA) you will design and manage the deployment of the Change Management strategy of a global TA technology implementation project. Working in a truly global business environment you will bring to life innovative and contemporary ways of working and ensure sound change management and thus adoption of the solution all around the world.

You will need to create alignment among all the different internal stakeholders and possess strong influencing & communication skills. Excellent project management and personal organisation skills are also highly desirable. Collaboration with the talent acquisition, HR and business management teams across PMI worldwide locations is an integral part of the role to ensure alignment and global consistency.

You will:

·         Deliver Change Management plan this includes Stakeholder Assessment, Communication & Engagement Plan (in alignment with market rollout preparation plan)

·         Help design and manage project specific internal online portals on JAM, OnePlace

·         Provide communication and messaging support to all aspects of the project

·         Work with Training coordinator to plan and implement Training & Education approach

·         Understand PMI best practices on change management to implement what ?works?

·         Assist with communications for the Global TA Value Chain



A team player with a pragmatic, hands-on and can do attitude. You are someone who can take into consideration the implications of wider business circumstances; who is able to take a strategic approach but also develop and implement the detailed project plan at a local level. Ideally you will have:

  • A University degree in Business/Economics or other related fields

  • Proven experience in a corporate or consulting environment with a strong knowledge of change management practices   

  • Experience working with different stakeholders and change management techniques, methodology in a global setup

  • Proven project management capability

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization

  • Advanced user of software (MS Office etc.).

  • Fluent English, with strong writing skills

A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
