Stellenbeschreibung

On behalf of our important Client, important industrial entity based in Lugano area belonging to a multinational Group, we are currently looking for a brilliant HR Administrative, immediately available to start and to undertake an initial temporary contract.

She/He will be inserted inside a very dynamic work environment mainly managing these different tasks and responsibilities:

  • HR administration (work permits, contracts etc.)
  • Maintaining the system (time management, personnel files etc.)
  • Support in payroll process
  • Processes and documentation review
  • Plant people management
  • Interaction with local Institutions
  • Support on various ad-hoc projects in HR field

Qualifikation

  • Previous minimum experience inside an industrial environment in Switzerland within HR team
  • The possession of a specific Swiss diploma in HR will be considered a plus
  • Proactive, dynamic and extrovert personality
  • Immediately available to start and to undertake an initial temporary contract
  • Based in Switzerland or in possession of a valid Swiss permit
