Cilag GmbH International is an International Sourcing Center of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in Switzerland. Over the past two decades, several business units have been established within the legal entity of Cilag GmbH International, creating a diverse, international organization with over 950 employees.

The HR Administration team is providing broad services to our 6'500 employees across Switzerland. We're now looking for an HR Assistant to join our team in Zug.

Main Responsibilities:

Year-end Compensation Planning

  • Supporting the team with various activities around data analysis and creation of planning notes to ensure a smooth planning process
  • Actively taking over catch-up activities and Compensation-affecting corrections
  • Letter generation and distribution

General HR Administration

  • Contract generation and distribution (Employment Contracts and Addenda, Other Agreements, Transfer Letters)
  • Supporting the team with Reference Letter generation and other HR-related tasks on request


Who we are looking for:

  • Commercial Education, Swiss-related HR experience is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in German and English (verbal and written)
  • Self-organized team player with a great eye for details
  • Target-oriented and sustainable communication with all levels of seniority
  • IT affinity (MS-Office especially Excel, Workday would be a plus)
