Cilag GmbH International is an International Sourcing Center of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies in Switzerland. Over the past two decades, several business units have been established within the legal entity of Cilag GmbH International, creating a diverse, international organization with over 950 employees. All HR-related tasks are centrally managed by the Swiss team within the Global Services Human Resources organization. We?re now looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team, located in Zug.

Main Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration for the Swiss based population
  • Project support in global process and system implementation if needed
  • Support of the Local HR Administration team
  • Draft and create interim and final reference letters for employees
  • Employee data changes and business structure updates
  • Benefits enrollment support


Who we are looking for:

  • Commercial Education
  • Further Education in HR (HR Assistant) is advantageous
  • Approx. 1 year of experience in administrative work (HR area would be beneficial) 
  • IT affinity (MS-Office, Workday, reference letter tool)
  • Self-motivated team player with ability to accept and drive changes
  • Strong organizational skills and a great eye for detail
  • Fluent German is a must
  • Good communication skills in English required, French and Italian is a plus
