For our client Nestlé in Lausanne, we are looking for an

HR Operations Specialist (100% - one year contract)

Position Summary

The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for executing on all HR transactions and administration, supporting the HR team, across all HR service categories. For this role, the specialist will need to have very good knowledge of the HR SAP system.

A day in a life of a HR Operations Specialist:

  • Ensuring effective support to HR Business Partners in operations day to day activities (hiring, transfers, promotions, end of contract, retirement, long term leaves, maternity leaves, attestation, AI documents, unemployment documents, etc.…) via K2 Forms and Hiring Platform, following them with NBS/ES, checking & printing draft letters and making them signed and contacting employee when needed.
  • Managing Arrivals, Departures and Internal Movements at NRC with the different internal stakeholders (IT, Facility Services, Reception, Communication, Line Managers…) and act as a SPOC for internal stakeholders
  • Data maintenance and data cleaning - Rigorous data management specifically related to employee data/assignment changes (also via SAP)
  • Creating positions (internal and external)
  • Creation, management and discontinuation of the external Contingent worker employee profile
  • Giving help to LM by taking them through the QRC and system (SF, Power BI)
  • Being part of the employee's onboarding
  • Accompanying and therefore training LM on how to use the SF system
  • Extracting Ad Hoc query via SAP
  • Acting as a SPOC for all employees concerning time management/badge problem.
  • Ad-hoc projects involving admin/process topics

Qualifikation

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • First proven experience in an HR environment mandatory
  • Experience in reporting (developing dashboards)
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and SF
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office tools, especially at ease with Excel
  • BILINGUAL : French and English
  • Dynamic & positive attitude, stress resilient & team player
  • Well organized, analytical mindset, continuous improvement mindset
